Born in Downers Grove, Illinois, Jennifer Widerstrom is an American fitness model and personal trainer. In 2008, she appeared on American Gladiators and got the nickname ‘Phoenix’. She further replaced Jillian Michaels in the television series The Biggest Loser. She is committed to helping people lose weight and become healthy. Widerstrom introduced a revolutionary 4-week diet plan that is aimed at everyone interested in doing the same. Standing at 5 ft 7 inches, she is at the peak of physical fitness and is identified by many due to her chiseled abs and muscles. In 2015, she appeared in a documentary which was titled “Why Am I So Fat?”. Jennifer also posed for the cover photo of many fitness magazines. She includes weight lifting in her program and has successfully helped many people gain a fit life. When working out, she is often seen wearing a sports bra and leggings. She considers her gym clothes to be an essential part of her regime.
