Get down on your hands and knees. Begin by arching your back, raising your head, and tilting your pelvis like a content black cat. Next, rounding your spine, bring your head and pelvis down like a hissing cat. This particular stretch will help you release tension in your shoulders and back and stay limber.
Creepy Coffin Sit-ups
With your hands crossed over your chest, lie down as if in a coffin and rise from the dead. Without moving your legs, engage your core and sit up. Hold a weight plate over your chest for an extra challenge. To make things scary for those around you, add eerie moaning noises.
Undead Squats
First, stand tall. Next, extend your arms stiffly out in front of you, just like a zombie, and then perform a deep squat. Grab a barbell and add weight to make things tougher. To turn your legs into powerhouses, these squats are perfect.
Not-dead-still-moving Bugs
With your arms and legs in the air, lie on your back. Next, keeping your core tight, slowly lower one arm and the opposite leg. As though you are a creature reanimating, alternate sides, and keep your movements slow and controlled. It’s a killer move for your core.
