Tim Ferriss is an American author, entrepreneur, public speaker and investor. He grew up in East Hampton, New York and graduated from Princeton University with a degree in East Asian Studies in the year 2000. After finishing his graduation, he joined the sales department at a storage company, while building his own nutritional supplements business brain QUICKEN on the internet. He later sold the company to a London-based private equity firm. The experience that he gathered while working here led him to write his book The 4-Hour Workweek. Some of his books in the “4-hour” series have appeared in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today’s bestseller list. Ferriss acts as an advisor to Facebook, Twitter and Uber to name a few. He started his podcast show called The Tim Ferriss Show. He is often seen wearing simple t-shirts and sweatpants as a part of his gym apparel collection, which help him, show off his abs.
