An American professional CrossFit athlete, Rich Froning is known worldwide for his remarkable achievements in the CrossFit Games. He has won the Regional championship five times and open worldwide championship three times. He has been given the title of the “Fittest Man on Earth” four consecutive years in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 by the CrossFit Games. He is considered to be a pioneer in making a living out of the CrossFit games by earning more than $1,050,000 in prize money. Froning has also gained sponsorship from significant fitness brands like Reebok, Oakley and Rogue Fitness. A member of the CrossFit Level 1 Seminar Staff, Froning owns a gym especially for training purposes, which is located in Cookeville, Tennessee. When working out in gym, Froning is often seen wearing a pair of knee length shorts that he considers being one of the best gym clothes available.
