She also has an app called Sweat with Kayla and became one of the most popular fitness apps of 2016. Time has recognised her one of the 30 most influential personalities on Internet, viewing her 8 million followers on Facebook and 5.5 million followers on Instagram. Itsines has credited her success to the supporters and believes that her videos are relatable by most and is not focused on her and her lifestyle alone. She is very careful about her public image and refuses to be sexualised. She can often be noticed wearing sports bra and a pair of shorts in her videos. Her gym apparels maintain a balance between function and style.
