An American fitness expert, John Romaniello is often considered to be one of the most highly regarded professionals in the fitness industry. In 2003, he established an online fitness blog called the Roman Fitness Systems, which initially started as a personal training company in the New York City metropolitan area. Romaniello coached a number of prominent celebrities and professional athletes. Though RFS started as a fitness blog and it gained recognition widely, he took to writing articles for all those who wanted to embrace the life of fitness. In the year 2013, Romaniello along with Adam Bornstein penned a book called “Engineering the Alpha: A Real World to an Unreal Life: Build More Muscle, Burn More Fat and Have More Sex.” The book became an instant hit and was much focused on how to build rock hard muscles, erase belly fat and boost testosterone. Even after the number of competition has increased rapidly in the fitness industry over the last few years, RFS has retained its reputation, helping millions of people becoming fit and healthy. Romaniello, when casually working out, is often seen wearing gym apparels like a body hugging t-shirt and pair of shorts.
